REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the February 3, 2026, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:31 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart and Commissioners Sergio Farias, John Campbell, and John Taylor.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne

CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Campbell, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, and carried 4-0 with Vice-Chair Bourne absent to approve calendar items B1 through B4, as recommended by staff.
