SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the March 3, 2026, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:15 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, and Commissioners Sergio Farias, John Campbell, and John Taylor.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne (stepped out of Council Chamber).
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Campbell, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, and carried 4-0 with Vice-Chair Bourne absent to approve calendar items B1 through B4, as recommended by staff.
