SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the May 5, 2026, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:33 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne and Commissioners Sergio Farias, and John Campbell.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: John Taylor.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Campbell, seconded by Commissioner Farias, and carried 4-0 with Commissioner Taylor absent to approve calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
