SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR AND TELECONFERENCED MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the May 19, 2026, Regular and Teleconferenced Meeting of the Successor Agency to the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:22 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Sergio Farias, Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne and Board Members John Campbell and Howard Hart.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: John Taylor.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Board Member Campbell, seconded by Vice-Chair Bourne, and carried 4-0 with Board Member Taylor absent to approve consent calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
