SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the June 16, 2026, Adjourned Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 8:25 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne and Commissioners Sergio Farias, John Taylor and John Campbell.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Vice-Chair Bourne, seconded by Commissioner Farias, and carried unanimously to approve calendar items B1 and B2, as recommended by staff.

FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 OPERATING BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING
APPROPRIATIONS RELATED THERETO” (330.20)

There being no further business, Chair Hart adjourned the meeting at 8:26 p.m. to Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
