SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the August 18, 2026, Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 6:52 p.m.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Sergio Farias, Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne and Board Members John Campbell, Howard Hart and John Taylor.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Vice-Chair Bourne, seconded by Board Member Campbell, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.

There being no further business Chair Farias adjourned the meeting at 6:53 p.m. to Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
