SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Hart called the September 1, 2026, Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 7:28 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Howard Hart, Vice-Chair Troy A. Bourne and Commissioners Sergio Farias, John Taylor and John Campbell.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the minutes’ reader but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Bourne, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, and carried unanimously to approve calendar items B1 and B3, as recommended by staff.

There being no further business, Chair Hart adjourned the meeting at 7:28 p.m. to Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber at the Community Center – 25925 Camino Del Avion.
