This meeting is being held in accordance with the State Emergency Services Act, the Governor’s Emergency Declaration related to COVID-19, and the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 issued on March 17, 2020 to allow attendance by members of the City Council by teleconference, videoconference, or both.
Please be advised that pursuant to the Executive Order, and to ensure the health and safety of the public by limiting human contact that could spread the COVID-19 virus, the Council Chambers will not be open for the meeting. Council Members will be participating telephonically and will not be physically present in the Council Chambers.

Members of the public may request the opportunity to address the City Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar. Items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be considered for approval under one motion.
