RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE CITY MANAGER SALARY SCHEDULES EFFECTIVE FOR JANUARY 1, 2022, JANUARY 1, 2023, AND JANUARY 1, 2024
WHEREAS, per the City Manager’s employment agreement, the City Manager shall be entitled to a salary increase equal to the lesser of 3% or the salary increase provided to members of the San Leandro City Employees’ Association; and
WHEREAS, the San Leandro City Employees’ Association will receive a salary increase greater than 3% effective January 1, 2022, and a 3% increase effective January 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager shall receive a salary increase of 3% beginning January 1, 2022, and each January 1 thereafter for the duration of the term of her employment ending May 3, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council RESOLVES as follows:
That the City Manager salary schedule is hereby amended in accordance with the terms of her employment agreement, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
