Overview
• 3 District Level Social Workers, Social work interns from Cal State Eastbay
• COST facilitation, participating in collaborative mtgs. (SARTs, SSTs, IEPs, etc.)
• Coordinating and supporting of wellness centers and calm corners throughout various sites
• Case management and support for foster youth students and McKinney-Vento (homeless) students & families

circles at multiple sites
