RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A $200,000
CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PLANIT GEO AND THEIR
SUBCONSULTANTS TO DEVELOP A CITYWIDE TREES MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and PlanIT Geo, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, funding for this agreement is appropriated into the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Account 190-12-819-5190; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as follows:
That the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget will be increased by the balance of $200,000, less any direct expenditures incurred for this project, that remains at the close of Fiscal Year 2021- 2022; and that the exact project balance, as determined by the Finance Department, shall be appropriated into Account 190-12-819-5190 for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
