RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE FISCAL YEAR 2023 PROPOSED PROJECTS PAID FROM THE STATE’S ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION ACCOUNT TO CITY’S GAS TAX FUND (152-31-057) FOR STREETS MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, in order for the City to receive future anticipated Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account funds from the State pursuant to SB 1, the City must annually submit a list of proposed projects, which is in the staff report, was presented to this City Council, and is made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the list of projects provided; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said projects list.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
• That said list of proposed streets and roads maintenance projects and equipment provided in the staff report associated with the approval of this resolution is approved, and that such staff report shall be attached to and made a part hereof. • The State funds will be used in accordance with statute. • The City will abide by the mandated eligibility and reporting requirements. • The City Manager (or their designee) is authorized to make all approvals and take all actions necessary or appropriate to carry out and implement the intent of this Resolution.
