RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE
CODE PROPOSING AMENDMENTS TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES
PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule compiles City Council-approved fees for specific City services provided to individuals in the communit; and WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services given the unique benefit to individual members of the public; and
WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable recovery of costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing, or eliminating use of general tax revenues; and
WHEREAS, proposed adjustments to the Master Fee schedule are presented to the City Counci; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby RESOLVES as follows:
Title 6, Chapter 4, Section 6.4.100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby amended, and the amendment shall be implemented July 1, 2022, except for certain Community Development fees, as identified, that shall become effective 60-days following City Council approval in accordance with California law.
