RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE CITY MANAGER’S EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND FRANCES
ROBUSTELLI
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro and Frances Robustelli entered into an Employment Agreement on May 3, 2021 for the position of City Manager; and WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a performance evaluation of the City Manager in May 2022 and reviewed the terms and conditions of her employment; and WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro and Frances Robustelli agree to amend the Employment Agreement and to revise the salary schedules for the City Manager, as set forth in the attached.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
That the City Council approves the attached Amendment No. 1 to the Employment Agreement and the revised salary schedule, which are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
