RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR STAFFING AUGMENTATION SERVICES THROUGH APRIL 30, 2024 FOR A NEW MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION OF $120,523.20
WHEREAS, the agreement with Robert Half International, Inc. for temporary staffing augmentation services was approved and authorized by the City Manager on March 10, 2022 for a total not to exceed amount of $49,000.00; and
WHEREAS, Robert Half International Inc. has provided the City with excellent temporary administrative support across multiple departments; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue its relationship with Robert Half International, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $120,523.20; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has sufficient funding in its Fiscal Year 2021-2022 and Fiscal Year 2022-2023 adopted budgets to cover this contractual obligation; and WHEREAS, Robert Half International Inc. has agreed to the terms of the contract pending Council approval; and
WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
That said amendments to the agreement are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
