RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CURRENT CONSULTANT SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND TERI BLACK &
COMPANY, LLC FOR RECRUITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Teri Black & Company, LLC for recruiting services, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
That said Amendment to Agreement of $44,000, the amount stated in the staff report, that increases the total maximum amount of compensation to $72,000 is hereby approved, and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
