1. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:37 pm.
Present 5 - Aguilar Jr., Azevedo, Ballew, Cox, Cutter
Absent 2 - Lopez, Simon
2. REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN
Direction was provided to Staff in the Closed Session meeting with a Motion made by Councilmember Cox and Seconded by Councilmember Azevedo. With a vote of 5-0-2, all in favor, with Councilmembers Lopez and Simon absent.
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Comments were made by the following individuals: Douglas Spalding
4. AMENDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR
There was no amendment to the Consent Calendar.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
Approval of the Consent Agenda
A motion was made by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember Aguilar, to Approve the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by the following vote.

Absent: 2 - Lopez, Simon

A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, seconded by Councilmember Cox, that this Staff Report be Received and Filed. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

7.b. 22-458 Adopt a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Consulting Services Agreement with IntegrAssure, Inc. to Serve as the City of San Leandro Independent Police Auditor Comments were made by the following individuals: Lucas, Douglas Spalding and Bob Bailey.
A motion was made by Councilmember Aguilar, seconded by Councilmember Azevedo, that this Resolution be Approved. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
