RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE AN ACQUISITION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE
CITY OF OAKLAND FOR THE MACARTHUR/SUPERIOR
ROUNDABOUT PROJECT
WHEREAS, certain property that is currently State right of way is necessary for the construction of portions of the MacArthur/Superior Roundabout Project; and WHEREAS, said property is within the boundary of the City of Oakland; and WHEREAS, an Acquisition and Maintenance Agreement with the City of Oakland for the MacArthur/Superior Roundabout Project, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
2. That the City Manager is authorized to make revisions to said agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form; and
3. That an original executed agreement shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution.
