IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN EXISTING CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH JASON R. ZALINSKI IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,800 FOR THE POLICE BUILDING AND SOUTH OFFICES RENOVATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2018.0481
WHEREAS, an agreement dated June 16, 2021 exists between the City of San Leandro and Jason R. Zalinski; and
WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to compensate for additional services as the project Inspector of Record; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement was presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment; and WHEREAS, Jason R. Zalinski has agreed to the terms of the amendment pending Council approval; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said Amendment No. 1 is hereby authorized and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
