IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE PARCEL MAP 11183 FOR ASSESSORS PARCEL NUMBER 076-0420-024, 025, 026 AND 027; OWNERS, SUBDIVIDERS AND APPLICANTS RONGKANG WANG AND KAYLA KWANYING PENG.
WHEREAS, the Subdividers, Rongkang Wang and Kayla Kwanying Peng, have submitted Parcel Map 11183 to the City Council for approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map is consistent with the City’s 2035 General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that the proposed map complies with the provisions of San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-1020 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and
WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said parcel map is technically correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b).
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
• That said Parcel Map 11183 is categorically exempt from the environmental review requirements of CEQA, under Title 5, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Administrative Code; and
• That said Parcel Map 11183 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s Report attached hereto and made part hereof; and
• That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk’s Statement on Parcel Map 11183 and the Subdivider shall deliver the executed map to the Alameda County Recorder for recordation.
