Amendment 2 Compensation
The following is a summary of the revised ‘Compensation’ that will be included in the Contract Services Agreement Amendment Number 2 with Testing Engineers for the Farrelly Pool Replacement, Project No. 2018.3420:
Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Consultant a sum not to exceed NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($95,000); and
