RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KOFF & ASSOCIATES, A DIVISION OF GALLAGHER BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. FOR THE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY THROUGH JUNE 30, 2023 FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $210,290.00
WHEREAS, on August 1, 2021, the City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into an agreement for $59,360 with Koff & Associates, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. for a Classification and Compensation Study; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of a new agreement with Koff & Associates to do a classification and total compensation study for the San Leandro City Employees Association and the unrepresented confidential employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Council approves and authorizes an appropriation of $210,290.00 from the General Fund undesignated fund balance to account 010-12-020-5120 to do an additional classification and total compensation study; and
That said amendments to the agreement are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
