RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR $39,997 AND APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - FINAL AGREEMENT OF QUANTITIES FOR $17,104.43 TO THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AMOUNT OF $245,442 WITH COLUMBIA ELECTRIC, INC. FOR THE DAVIS ST./CARPENTIER ST.
PEDESTRIAN HYBRID SIGNAL PROJECT, PROJECT NO 2016.0550
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did on April 19, 2021, award a construction contract to Columbia Electric, Inc. by Resolution No. 2021-062 for the Davis St./Carpentier St. Pedestrian Hybrid Signal Project, Project No. 2016.0550; and WHEREAS, the City desires to increase the scope of the project to include additional work to the contract; and
WHEREAS, Columbia Electric, Inc. has agreed to the terms of the contract change orders pending Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That Change Order No. 2 for $39,997 is approved; and
That Change Order No. 3 – Final Agreement of Quantities for $17,104.43 is approved; and
That the City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute all documents and agreements to effect the intent of this Resolution.
