This office represents the successor trust (Jason Kung) in the process of administering Pamela Kung Revocable Living Trust (Pamela Kung deceased on 10/18/2020). In the First Amendment to Pamela Kung Revocable Living Trust (dated 9/26/2014), the following is provided:
"...San Leandro Library shall receive $30,000 for expansion in Chinese literature section...." If you believe that your entity is the designated beneficiary pursuant to the First Amendment to Pamela Kung Revocable Living Trust (dated 9/26/2014), please contact this office within 14 days upon your receipt of this Notice.

FIRST AMENDMENT
TO
PAMELA KUNG REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST
THIS AMENDMENT to the Pamela Kung Revocable Living Trust dated October 2, 2009, is executed this loth day of September, 2014, between Pamela Kung, hereinafter referred to as the Grantor and Pamela Kung, hereinafter referred to as the Trustee.
WHEREAS, the Grantor and the Trustee entered into a revocable living trust dated October 2, 2009, hereinafter called the Trust, and
WHEREAS, Part 4 Section A of the Trust provided that the Grantor may amend or revoke the Trust, and
WHEREAS, the Grantor is desirous of modifying and amending the Trust and the Trustee is agreeable to the modification and amendinents contained herein, etictari
