RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE
AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NON-PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HAMILTON TREE SERVICE FOR TREE
TRIMMING AT MEMORIAL PARK FOR $145,040 BUDGETED IN ACCOUNT 010-33- 001-5340
WHEREAS, Bid No. 22-23.004 was issued on August 2, 2022; and WHEREAS, on August 31, 2022 five proposals were received, with Hamilton Tree Service being the lowest bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement; and WHEREAS, funding exists in the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget for this work.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVES as follows:
That said agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
