IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION OF THE MAYOR
The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor shall receive a salary in the amount of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six dollars ($2,646.00) a month.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 2006-020 is hereby repealed in its entirety as of the operative date in Section 3.
Section 3. The provisions of this ordinance shall not be operative until January 1, 2023.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption. The City Clerk is directed to publish the title once and post a complete copy thereof on the City Council Chamber bulletin board prior to its adoption.
