IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO
ACCEPT GRANT TERMS, APPROPRIATE GRANT FUNDS, AND APPROPRIATE MATCHING FUNDS FOR THRASHER SKATE PARK IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, on December 6, 2021, the City Council approved filing of a project application for per capita grant funds through the Proposition 68 Statewide grant program for Thrasher Skate Park Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the granting agency has awarded a $232,958 grant to the City for the subject project; and
WHERAS, the grant requires matching funds of at least $58,239.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City accepts the grant subject to the terms set forth in the application and agreement; and
That $232,958 in grant funds shall be appropriated for the project into account 150-62-143; and
That $58,239 is appropriated from CIP fund balance to account 210-62-142 for the project matching funds.
