RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MEYERS NAVE (“MEYERS NAVE”) THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2029, THE TOTAL ANNUAL COST OF WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED $1,014,300 IN FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024
WHEREAS, an amendment to the existing agreement for legal services between the City of San Leandro and Meyers Nave for an amount not to exceed $1,014,300 in Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (account 010-11-040-5110), is presented to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
