Amendment 2 Scope of Work
The following is a summary of the revised Term of Services that will be included in the Contract Services Agreement Amendment Number1 with Denalect Alarm company for the Farrelly Pool Replacement, Project No. 2018.3420:
Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Term of Services” is hereby amended to extend the term from June 30, 2021, to December 31, 2023
Add the following section 8.0 at the end of Exhibit A:
8.0 Amendment 1 Additions:
• Provide three 3 additional City Standard door control access points on the Farrelly Pool project. Includes programming, wiring, installation and connection of two Pac K512 door controllers w/ power supplies and three proximity card readers. • Install (1) one relay and wire from the existing alarm control panel to the new lighting control unit using conduit and back boxes supplied and installed by others to turn on all property lights during an intrusion alarm condition. Additional proximity card reader for staff to read out from the interior of the employee entrance. Make connections at the alarm control panel and program the light activation into the panel
