3.A. 23-026 Lake Chabot Road Initial Storm Damage Assessment John O’ Driscoll presented on the Lake Chabot Initial Storm Damage Assessment.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
Mayor González requested a geotechnical analysis for Lake Chabot Road.

3.B. 23-025 EBMUD Quarry Site Restoration Project Update Chien Wang presented on the EBMUD Quarry Site Restoration Project.
COMMITTEE REQUESTS/DIRECTION TO STAFF:
Mayor González requested that EBMUD respond to the City’s questions in writing before the issuance of a draft E.I.R. A request was made to EBMUD to print the public comments that have been received with respect to the proposed project.
Councilmember Simon requested that EBMUD return to City Council and present on their proposed ground water project. He also requested that EBMUD present to the entire City Council regarding the Quarry Site Restoration project.
