1. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
Vice Mayor Azevedo led the Pledge of Allegiance.

14. COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS
Vice Mayor Azevedo made a motion to approve an urgent referral to rename the San Leandro Library the Bernard Ashcraft Library in the next 6 months to 1 year, with a second by Councilmember Simon, as amended by Councilmember Aguilar. The motion passed with a 4-3 vote, with Councilmembers Ballew, Bowen and Gonzalez voting no.
15. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS
City Councilmembers reported on attendance at intergovernmental agency meetings, conferences, and seminars since the last meeting.
16. ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 6:42 p.m.
