Improvements Update ➢ RRM Design was selected as design consultant for this project.
➢ The State grant deadline was June 30,
2024, which did not allow enough time
to do more public meetings.
➢ Two Budget options were presented
and fully renovated park for $5M
project cost option was selected.
➢ All recommendations from Focus
Group meetings held in July 2019, has
been incorporated into new design.

Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs 2022
• Scope:
– Repair sanitary sewer main defects at approximately 100 locations
– Repair or replace approximately 30 manholes
• Project Finances:
– Budget - $1.5 M
– Estimated Construction Cost : $1M
• Status and Schedule:
– 4 bids received for construction on 2/28/2023.
– Bids didn’t comply with local business participation goals – Staff recommends City Council Meeting to reject all bids – April 17, 2023.
– Planned rebid and City Council award – Summer 2023
– Start of Construction - Fall of 2023
