IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING MID-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2022, AND BUDGET AMENDMENTS FOR 2022-2023 WHEREAS, quarterly financial reports provide the City Council budget updates for the current fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, the 2022-2023 Mid-Year Financial Report as of December 31, 2022, a copy of which is attached, is presented to the City Council, and the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council approves annual budgets based on best revenue and expenditure information available at the time the budgets are prepared, and WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required at mid-year incorporating necessary changes, requiring additional budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items, and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Enterprise Fund, and Internal Service Funds budgets on June 28, 2021, and WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the mid-year financial report and proposed budget amendments for 2022-2023 on March 22, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said 2022-2023 Mid-Year Financial Report as of December 31, 2022, and the budget amendment for 2022-2023, are hereby approved.
