IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO REJECT ALL BIDS FOR THE SANITARY SEWER POINT REPAIRS 2022 PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2022.0120 WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on February 28, 2023, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in the bid documents for the subject project; and
WHEREAS, said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director for comparison and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering and Transportation Director recommends that the proposals for said work be rejected.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
• That said City Council hereby rejects all said proposals for the Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs Project No. 2022.0120
