2.A. 23-094 Audited Financial Statements for the City of San Leandro for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022
Director Michael Yuen presented the report on the Audited Financial Statements for FY Ending June 30, 2022.
2.B. 23-143 Staff Report for Amending Ordinances for Business License Fees, EMS Tax, and Emergency Communications System Access Tax Providing Annual Rate Adjustments in Accordance with the San Leandro Municipal Code for FY 2023-2024
Finance Services Manager Mayette Bailey presented on the proposed increases to the FY 23-24 Business License, Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Communication System Access (911) Taxes for July 1, 2023.
Mayette Bailey also informed the Committee that the Cost Allocation Plan and Fee Study of City Services are currently being conducted and will be presented at a future date.

2.C. 23-146 Annual Update of City Investment Policy
via Zoom, Bill Dennehy of Chandler Asset Investments, presented the updates/changes to the City of San Leandro's Investment Policy for FY 23-24. Mayor Gonzalez asked for the language regarding "timely manner" be changed to " in a timely manner (1 to 2 business days)". Also, Mayor Gonzales asked that language be entered in to state there is a "Maximum in a single issuer".
Finance Committee recommended to forward to Council with edits.
2.D. 23-187 Proposed FY24 and FY25 Biennial Budget and Performance Measures Director Michael Yuen presented on the Proposed FY24 and FY25 Biennial Budget and Performance Measures.

Director Michael Yuen presented the revised and updated Future Agenda Items calendar.
