IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 10 YEAR PLAN FY 24 THROUGH FY 33
WHEREAS, The City of San Leandro is committed to enhancing the quality of life for every citizen; and
WHEREAS, Public infrastructure such as roads, utilities, parks, and buildings enhance the quality of life within San Leandro; and
WHEREAS, The Capital Improvement Program funds construction and maintenance of public infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, A 10 year Capital Improvement Program Plan, a copy of which is attached to this resolution, has been submitted to this City Council; and WHEREAS, The City Manager recommends approval of the Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the Capital Improvement Program 10 Year Plan FY 24 through FY 33 is approved.
