IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING THE BIENNIAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR 2023-2024 AND 2024-2025
WHEREAS, the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 City Manager’s Proposed Budget for the City of San Leandro was prepared and submitted to the City Council by the City Manager as required by Section 505 of the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Biennial Budget—Department Presentations on April 10, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Biennial Budget on April 26, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 City Manager’s Proposed Budget referenced above is hereby approved as the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 City Council Adopted Budget, and That the amounts stated herein in Attachment D are hereby appropriated for the purposes therein specified for 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 and the City Manager is hereby authorized, as permitted by law, regulation, or ordinance, to execute all service agreements as provided for in said appropriation.
