RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A FULLY GRANT-FUNDED CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TERRAPHASE ENGINEERING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SEA LEVEL RISE MASTER PLAN THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024 FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $161,000
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Terraphase Engineering, the scope of which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
