RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING THE BIENNIAL
BUDGET OF THE SAN LEANDRO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
FOR 2023-2024 AND 2024-2025
WHEREAS, the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 City Manager’s Proposed Budget for the Public Financing Authority was prepared and submitted to the San Leandro Public Financing Authority by the City Manager as required by Section 505 of the City Charter; and WHEREAS, the Public Financing Authority reviewed the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 City Manager’s Proposed Budget and thereafter caused a public hearing to be held on May 15, 2023; and
WHEREAS, upon conclusion of the public hearing, the Public Financing Authority further considered the City Manager Proposed Budget as provided for in Section 515 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the San Leandro Public Financing Authority does RESOLVE as follows:
That the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 City Manager’s Proposed Budget referenced above is hereby designated and approved as the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 San Leandro Public Financing Authority Adopted Budget and amounts stated herein in Attachment D are hereby appropriated.
