2.a. 23-222 Review and Recommend to City Council Approve a Resolution for the City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 4 for $115,300 to the Consultant Services Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Maze & Associates for Audit Services for the Year Ending June 30, 2023 and to Authorize the City Manager to Negotiate and Approve Contract Amendments up to a Cumulative Value Not to Exceed 15% ($17,295) Finance Director Michael Yuen presented recommendation for approval of Amendment No. 4 to to the Agreement with Maze and Associates for auditing services for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2023.
