RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND MAZE & ASSOCIATES FOR AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2023, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $115,300; AND TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND APPROVE CHANGE ORDERS UP TO A CUMULATIVE VALUE NOT TO EXCEED 15% ($17,300) WHEREAS, Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement between the City of San Leandro and Maze and Associates for audit services for the year ended June 30, 2023, a copy of which is attached hereto, is presented to this Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council should authorize the City Manager to negotiate and approve cumulative contract amendments up to 15% ($17,300) of the amendment amount; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
That said Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for $115,300 is hereby approved, and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
That the City Manager is authorized to negotiate and approve contract amendments of up to $17,300 (15% of the maximum amount of compensation).
