Agenda Topic/Number: Heron Bay MAD 96-3 Engineer's Report, Legistar file 23-239 COMMENT: I am a homeowner here in Heron Bay, the HOA is stating that the city of SL wants to raise our taxes more than 33%. I find this to be totally outrageous. The cost of living in the bay area is already atrocious. With the cost of property taxes, utilities, insurance and now HOA fees increasing, I'm not sure how I/we will be able to afford to live here much longer. Please reconsider this fee increase, we are struggling as it is.
