RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL OVERRULING PROTESTS TO 2023 SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, SIDEWALK REPAIR,
CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY FEES, CODE COMPLIANCE AND
ENFORCEMENT ALONG WITH ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES, CHARGES Recitals
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro City Council conducted a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2023 solid waste service charges, sidewalk repair, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code compliance and enforcement along with administrative penalties and charges said hearing conducted at 6:30 p.m. on July 17, 2023; and
At or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as follows:
That each of these protests or objections, written or oral, are hereby overruled. Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 17
