2.B. 23-315 Resolution Approving Amendments to City Master Fee Schedule for 2023-24
Finance Services Manager Mayette Bailey presented information on the upcoming Public Hearing related to the increase to the City Master Fee Schedule for the fiscal year 2023-24, effective September 1, 2023.

2.E. 23-302 Review Resolution Imposing 2023 Liens for Non-Payment of Delinquent Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repair Charges, CalEPA CUPA Surcharge Fees, Building Code Violation and Code Compliance Citation Fees, and Water Pollution Control Plant Commercial and Industrial User Charges; and
Review Resolution Overruling Protests Related to Non-Payment of Delinquent Solid Waste Service Charges, Sidewalk Repair Charges, CalEPA CUPA Surcharge Fees, Building Code Violation and Code Compliance Citation Fees, and Water Pollution Control Plant Commercial and Industrial User Charges
Finance Services Manager Mayette Bailey presented on the upcoming Public Hearing of Imposing 2023 Liens for Non-Payment of Delinquent charges, including: Solid Waste Services, sidewalk Repairs, CalEPA CUPA Surcharge Fees, Building Code Violation and Code Compliance Citation Fees, and Water Pollution Control Plant Commercial and Industrial User Charges to be placed on the 2023-24 Property Taxes.
