IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NOLL & TAM
ARCHITECTS FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE MULFORD-MARINA BRANCH LIBRARY TO
EXTEND THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT AND TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION FROM $366,047 TO $848,884
WHEREAS, an agreement dated March 5, 2019, exists between the City of San Leandro and Noll & Tam Architects; and
WHEREAS, Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 exist between the City of San Leandro and Noll & Tam Architects; and
WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to compensate for additional services; and WHEREAS, an extension of the contract to December 31, 2026 , is recommended by staff; and WHEREAS, Amendment No. 3 to the agreement, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said amendment No. 3 to the agreement, attached hereto and made a part hereof, is approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
