IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL MAP FOR TRACT 8592 FOR ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 077C1240-005 AND AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT; OWNER, SUBDIVIDER AND APPLICANT: D.R. HORTON BAY, INC.
WHEREAS, the Subdivider, D.R. Horton Bay, Inc., submitted a Final Map titled Tract 8592 to the City Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for the subdivision’s design and improvement, are consistent with the City’s 2035 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said Final Map titled Tract 8592 conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved, that this is technically correct and complies with the provisions of the San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-205 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said Final Map is technically correct pursuant to California Government Code §66434; and
WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Tract 8592 is incorporated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
• That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to execute Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Tract 8592 on behalf of the City; and • That said Final Map titled Tract 8592 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s Report as well as the City Planner’s Report, attached hereto and made a part hereof; and • That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk’s Statement on Tract 8592 and the Subdivider shall deliver the executed map to the Alameda County Recorder for recordation
