IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND
AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
HF&H CONSULTANTS, LLC FOR RECYCLING PROGRAM SUPPORT SERVICES FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $80,000.00
WHEREAS, HF&H Consultants provides the City’s administration with assistance in implementing solid waste and recycling programs in compliance with SB 1383 regulations; and WHEREAS, City administration has a critical need for program support until the vacant Solid Waste and Recycling Specialist position is filled; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue its relationship with HF&H Consultants by contracting for recycling program support; and
WHEREAS, HF&H has provided a proposal for such support that is an exhibit to the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
