RESOLUTION NO. 2023-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE FY 2022-2023 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) FOR SUBMISSION TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT (HUD)
WHEREAS, the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 provides that funds be made available for the CDBG Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro is required to submit a FY 2022-2023 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) to HUD for review and approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the CAPER, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro makes the certifications required by 24 CFR Sections 91.225 and 570.303 as contained in the FY 2022-2023 CDBG Annual Action Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE that the FY 2022-2023 CDBG CAPER is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit the FY 2022-2023 CAPER to HUD and to take any other actions as are necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
