(a) Over 12 months, turf will be mowed 44 times based on: Weekly during the growing season (March through October) and bi‐weekly during the months of November through February ; This anticipates cancellation of somemows over 52 weeks based on weather generally in November and/or December and/or January. Pricing is Per Mow Service, which will be calculated on annual basis and monthly basis. (b) Monthly fee = # of Service Mowing Days X $ per Mow Service divided by 12 = Monthly Fee (d) Aeration, Fertilization and DeThatching are priced as Extra Work/Alternates to include here but also requested is a per square foot pricing on the Extra Pricing Worksheet. The City will determine the frequency and schedule with the Contractor.
