Mayor Gonzalez called the Finance Committee meeting to order at 4:00pm

2.A. 23-386 Discussion of Section 115 OPEB (Other Post-Employment Benefits) Trust and Pension Trust Investment Report for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2023
Finance Director Yuen presented the OPEB Trust and Pension Trust Investment Report for the Quarter Ending June 30, 2023 and asked for the Finance Committee's approval to move forward to Council.
Finance Committee Recommended to take to Council for full approval.
2.B. 23-417 Fiscal Year 2022-23 Preliminary Year-End Financial Report as of June 30, 2023
Director Yuen presented the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Preliminary Year-End Financial Report as of June 30, 2023. No action required as this is preliminary and the full report will be presented for Council approval when audit is complete.
Mayor Gonzalez requested that staff provide details on future presentations that may assist with further understanding the year-end revenue and expenditure numbers.
2.C. 23-427 Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Fourth-Quarter City of San Leandro Investment Report Update
Finance Services Manager Bailey presented the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Fourth-Quarter City of San Leandro Investment Report Update.

Council Member Aguilar thanked staff.
Mayor Gonzalez thanked staff for their continued work and efforts in being more transparent.
Mayor Gonzalez asked for a future discussion, or financial reports, for both the new Dispatch Center and Monarch Bay, specifically the golf course.
